Information collected
Enquiries store your name, email, optional phone and message. Assessments store your name, email, answers, start/submission times and results. Required cookies keep forms secure and let an unfinished test resume. The test also records the number of copy/paste actions and tab switches (clipboard contents are never read). A one-way IP digest is temporarily stored for abuse prevention.
Purpose and basis
Information is used to answer your enquiry, assess learning needs and plan the education service you request. Depending on the relationship, contract-related processing and establishing, exercising or protecting rights under Article 5 of Turkish Law 6698 are relevant bases. Permission for anonymous use of submitted questions is requested separately.
Retention and service providers
Records are retained for the period displayed below; expired records are removed during the next form use or administrator cleanup. Unfinished attempts become eligible for cleanup after 24 hours. Hosting and any enabled email provider technically process data to provide these services. No advertising or analytics tracking code is included.
Rights and requests
Use the contact channels to request information, correction, deletion where applicable, and exercise other rights under Article 11 of Turkish Law 6698. Email copies may also exist in the relevant mailboxes. No camera or microphone is used and clipboard contents are never read.
